I have been loving using this journal. I usually fill in the first parts in the morning, and then the gratitude prompt and today’s happy moments in the evening. It’s been helping me to relax before bed, and is such a nice way to memory keep

I use these beautiful cards alongside my daily journal and my Gratitude Journal. They look specifically at 6 different 'aura with Journal prompts and Daily activities/ affirmations. They are a joy to touch and use th help with general well being. I love them! It's definitely money we'll spent and I use them every day.

Adding this card deck to my daily routine has been a breath of fresh air. Not only are the cards lovely to touch, the colours and wording are beautiful.
